Well Divas, it is the weekend!!! Wooohooo, we made it!! Be mindful however, the way we spend our weekends spills over into how well our school/work week runs! That being said, one MAJOR thing that a Diva must do over the weekend is take care of herself!!! An awesome way to do that is to exercise! No need to go to a gym, simply do a quick 15 minute work out at home! Don’t get me wrong, if you are a “Gym Diva” go for it sista! I found this awesome program from PBS called the “Quick Fit 15 Minute Exercise Routine”. (Click on it and check it out!!!) At least take a walk today and if you can squeeze in a 15 power nap–EVEN BETTER. You owe it to yourself!
